Sioux Peto uses found objects to create abstract assemblages, which emphasise her concerns for the future of our environment raising awareness on issues such as recycling. Her work is mainly sculptural but often incorporates photography. Based on the materials she finds while out walking her dog in the contrasting Kent countryside.
Sioux also runs LB Graphics an Art and Design company and is heavily involved with the Swale Arts Forum presently as Chair, 795 a visual arts group and is gallery co-ordinator at the Polka Dot.
